Kakiage Don, Complete Japanese Style Rice




Complete Japanese-style rice is not only delicious but also practical. Fried crispy vegetables that taste delicious. After a tasty shoyu sauce and blend well with the rice fluffier, it felt so keenly. Tasty-tasty, crunchy!

ingredients:

     * 400 g of rice fluffier warm

Fried Vegetables:

     * 100 g carrots, cut into pieces
     * 100 g of cabbage leaves, sliced
     * 75 g of bean sprouts
     * 1 leek, sliced
     * 1 stalk celery, sliced

Stir well:

     * 100 g flour
     * 2 tablespoons rice flour
     * 200 ml water
     * 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
     * 1 clove garlic, grated
     * 1 teaspoon salt
     * Shoyu Sauce, cook them together:
     * 150 ml Japanese soy sauce
     * 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
     * 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
     * 1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water

How to make:
Fried Vegetables:

     * Mix the vegetables and flour mixture until blended.
     * Fry eating spoonful after spoonful full until golden brown and dry.
     * Remove and drain.

Presentation:

     * Put the rice in 3 serving bowls.
     * Give each 2 pieces of fried vegetables.
     * Pour the sauce Shoyu.
     * Serve immediately.
