Recipes - Seasonings Turmeric Squid Bakwaningredients:
* 150 grams of squid (cut into thin round)
* 3 tablespoons flour
* 3 lbr Leaves Mangkokan (sliced thin)
* 3 / 4 tsp salt
Spices that are:
* 4 cloves Onion
* 1 clove garlic
* 1 / 2 tsp Coriander
* 2 red chilies
* 2 cm Turmeric
* Oil for frying
How to cook:
* Combine squid with flour, mangkokan leaf and salt and stir well.
* Add the spices that are mashed, stir well.
* Spoon a little into the hot oil.
* Fry until dry and cooked, remove and serve.
